The Clearpoint Group is happy to partner with the Southern New England Ministry Network and Internal Impact in offering two coach training classes. Randal, Dave and host, Brian Tracy will be present in these training sessions to both learn and participate as trainers.
On Monday and Tuesday, January 26 & 27, 2015 the first two day course will be offered, entitled, Coaching Change, Transition and Transformation. Coaching is all about change, but not all change is the same and coaches need to be able to support three types of change: proactive change, transitions, and deep transformation. This course provides students the knowledge and skills necessary for coaching people and groups through change. Attention is given to understanding different types of change, how to support people going through transitions, and how to use coaching to initiate positive change.
Then on Wednesday and Thursday, January 28 & 29, we will also be offering additional training in Personal Coaching. This course provides you with practical tools that can be used when coaching clients in a wide range of personal, life and family issues. Special attention is given to helping the coach develop the six basic components of personal coaching: goals, toleration, needs, values, boundaries, and standards.
Conducting the training as well as supervising the training of our own Clearpoint Coaches will be Bill Copper, PCC, Executive Director of Coach Approach Ministries and Chief Operating Office for iNTERNAL iMPACT, a coaching-consulting company focused on helping people and organizations thrive through coaching, mentoring, training and consulting. Bill has received certification from the National Association of Church Business Administration as well as the Professional Certified Coach credential from the Internal Coach Federation, and frequently writes, speaks, and coaches around areas of business management for non-profits. He also provides coach training for churches, judicatories and various organizations.
Both training courses will be held at Evangel Assembly in Wilbraham, MA (348 Stony Hill Road). The cost will be $199 for per class for the early bird rate (deadline Dec 31), $209 for the regular rate (deadline Jan 19), and a walk in rate of $219 the day of the training. (If you register for both classes, you will receive a discount of $25 dollars).
